Painful feelings usually originate in childhood.

We often perceive our surroundings and the people we interact with through the glasses of the past. If the inner child is lovingly seen and accepted, these painful feelings from back then are integrated and transformed into qualities such as strength, interconnectedness, courage, power, love and compassion.

It becomes easier to unfold one’s own potential – one lives again in the HERE & NOW.
